RRP Manager

Role purpose

Develop the JTI LIGGETT Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Strategy across the USA. Play a pivotal role in portfolio management and develop consumer & trade activation deployment strategies to achieve business objectives. Drive understanding of the market dynamics through performance monitoring, consumer knowledge building, and industry insights tracking. Recommend brands, portfolio, pricing and communication strategies to support business growth.

Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor.

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Build Portfolio, Trade & Consumer Activation, Route to Market and Digital strategies to drive business for JTI LIGGETT in the US. Develop & provide timely and effective business updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop consumer insights, including categories forecasting and performance monitoring. Lead the understanding of pricing dynamics in the business and monitoring of the competitive landscape.
  • Prepare strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives in collaboration with relevant functions and drive the implementation of all programs within Marketing & Sales.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing communication campaigns, including the development of creative content, alignment and managing media partners and agencies, KPI's and budget tracking.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, marketing agencies and other external suppliers in order to effectively deliver brand programs.
  • Manage the responsible brand budget, ensure the maximum ROI for each project. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • More than 5 years experience in Marketing, Strategic Insights or Trade marketing Roles ideally with RRP deployment experience.
  • Strong analytical skillset, launch strategies building combined with ability to connect the dots and in.terpret consumers.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
