People & Culture Project Business Partner (Fixed-Term - 12 months)

                 

 

Position: 

This role serves as a People & Culture (P&C) business partner, leading People & Culture specific projects, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and clear P&C guidance to different business functions.
The role requires being a trusted People & Culture partner to different local, regional and global stakeholders, working closely with the People & Culture Director, and ensuring alignment with company’s objectives and compliance with local laws & regulations.

 

 Responsibilities: 

 
  • Talent Acquisition
    - Guide Line Managers through recruitment activities, by sharing knowledge and providing support, as needed (i.e. job descriptions, job requisitions, interviews & feedback etc.);
    - Collaborate stronly with the Talent Attraction team through regular communication and feedback exchange;
    - ensure a solid reporting and tracking framework on hirings;

 

  • Onboarding (including pre-boarding)
    - Develop compensation scenarios for selected candidates and align with relevant stakeholders;
    - Draft and present offer letters to selected candidates with accuracy and temily manner;
    - Conduct reference checks and ensure legal work authorization is available;
    - Initiate and run the different steps of the onboarding process, engaging with different stakeholders (i.e. Rewards team, GBS, Line Manager etc.), ensuring proper communications flow;
    - Deliver P&C onboarding sessions to new hires;
    - Maintain P&C systems up to date at all times;

 

  • Employer Branding 
    - Participate in defining JTI's Employer Branding strategy and drive opportunities to attract talent and increase JTI's external visibility;
    - Participate in Talent Attraction events (i.e. career fairs) and researches to come up with recommendations;

 

  • P&C Support
    - Act as point of contact for employees’ enquiries and ensure providing necessary guidance and support;
    - Act as a collaborative team player within one P&C team;
    - Work closely with the People & Culture Director to deliver presentations and reports to local and regional leadership teams;

 

  • Participate in other P&C global/ local projects (DEI, Talent Management, certification etc.).
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent. HR qualification (i.e. SHRM, CIPD etc.) is advantageous;
  • 5+ years of HR focused experience, including the full Employee Life Cycle;
  • Fluent in English language;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence efficiently across the organization;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & Outlook;
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of HR systems.
