Digital Lead Manager RRP

 

 

What will you do?

 

You will develop the JTI Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Digital Strategy in the USA.

Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor, heated tobacco sticks.          

You will own the end-to-end consumer journey, driving digital acquisition and retention through JTI LIGGETT’s web platforms and external partners. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will deliver seamless digital experiences, manage campaigns, and optimize performance through strong KPI tracking and insights.

 

Working closely with IT, you will ensure scalable, compliant digital solutions and oversee relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms. You will also contribute to strategic planning (A&SP) and provide clear business updates to key stakeholders.

 

In partnership with internal teams and HQ, you will shape and execute digital plans to drive growth in the US RRP category.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and lead the JTI Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Digital Strategy in the USA
  • Own the end-to-end consumer journey, driving digital acquisition and retention through owned platforms and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, differentiated digital experiences and manage campaigns execution
  • Monitor and optimize performance through strong KPI tracking, insights, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with IT to implement scalable, compliant digital solutions aligned with regulations and internal standards
  • Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms to ensure strong performance and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with internal teams and HQ to shape and execute digital plans that drive growth in the US RRP category

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing roles
  • Understanding of the US consumer landscape is an advantage
  • Proven experience with key digital acquisition and retention tools, including social media, SEO, owned web platforms, paid media, digital advertising, loyalty programs, and e-CRM
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to lead confidently, take initiative, influence stakeholders, and drive high-impact outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and effectively managing teams and stakeholders
