Digital Capabilities Executive

 


Position purpose:  

 

The Digital Capabilities Executive supports the Digital & Innovation Strategy team by managing vendors, overseeing website projects, and piloting new digital marketing technologies. The incumbent coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities across B2C and B2B platforms, including technical implementation and project management for Connexus/JTI Evolve. Additionally, they assist with monitoring, reporting, and competitive research to drive innovation and enhance digital capabilities.

 

What will you do – responsibilities: ​

 

  • Oversee all website related projects that directly impact our Logic Vaping & RMC product websites. Support the overall digital marketing strategy by coordinating day-to-day management of our B2C branded website activities with a specific concentration on business processes, including  technical implementation, UX upgrade and maintenance and general website project management. Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance and updates, as needed;
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with DBU across all relevant Logic initiatives and external web developers for RMC websites. Partner with cross-function teams, including product development, brand marketing, customer service, legal, corporate affairs, trade marketing and IT;
  • Assist in managing day to day operations of the trade website Evolve involving content development, retention and engagement . Work with marketing team members to develop new creative assets for the website;
  • Collaborating and liaising with appropriate stakeholders to ensure rollouts of RMC website  changes are properly coordinated, UATs are completed and changes meet expectations;
  • Assist with building digital capabilities to support marketing and trade initiatives. Assess different solutions in alignment with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders, bring on board new vendors as required and customize approach to brand and/or team needs;
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 


Who are we looking for – requirements: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in an ecommerce or website role, specifically B2B and/or B2C;
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, Technology or related areas;
  • Fluent English;
  • Project Management Experience is desirable;
  • Cross-functional experience is desirable;
