Process Improvement Supervisor

As Process Improvement Supervisor, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations, strengthening process capability, operational efficiency and performance through structured problem-solving, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The position will be in Shebin Elkom – Menofia factory.

As the Process Improvement Supervisor, you will:

Position:

• Identify, prioritize and lead process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service performance.
• Apply Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to eliminate losses, reduce process variation and prevent recurrence of operational issues.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators, translate findings into practical action plans and monitor implementation to ensure sustainable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and follow-up.
• Standardize improved processes by updating procedures, visual management tools and ways of working, and support teams in adopting new standards.
• Build continuous improvement capability by coaching employees, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of ownership, challenge and ongoing performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in FMCG company in supply chain management position with in-depth knowledge of forecasting & logistics and distribution & warehousing management.
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify performance gaps and convert insights into measurable improvement actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and facilitating problem-solving workshops with operational teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and change implementation skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
