Why does this role exist?

The position assumes the operation both top level (design and implementation of activities in relation to local Employer Branding, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development) and hands on (execution of daily activities such as recruitment and partial business partnering).

Responsibilities:

Talent acquisition (CZ, SK):

· Build talent pipelines for high demand roles where a focused proactive sourcing strategy is defined

· Provide a full service of sourcing , Coach managers on appropriate interview techniques, candidate assessment, organizational planning and budget concerns

Organisational learning and development (CZ, HU, SK)

· Partner with the functional leads to design proper team structures that reinforce inter- and cross-departmental communication and cooperation

· Assess and contribute to people needs in areas such as training, organizational design, workforce planning, career pathing, succession planning, and employee leadership development; performance management; design and implement appropriate solutions and programs

Employer Branding: (CZ, HU, SK)

· Design the local employer’s brand activities for whole cluster and ensure it’s implementation

· Lead Top Employer activities and certification

 

Culture Champion: (CZ)

· Lead and contribute Employees´ engagement activities

· Contribute to Diversity and Inclusion activities

· Contribute to the business strategy and culture by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors and processes  

 

Requirements:

· University degree

· 5+ years of HR, Marketing, or Communications experience in a multinational organization (in any industry)

· solid interpersonal skills 

· experience of SuccessFactors, SAP HR is a plus

· Fluent written and spoken English and Czech
