Procurement Admin Support Specialist

Reporting to Procurement Lead



JTI CzHuSk (cluster of Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia) is looking for Procurement Admin Support Specialist (part-time job) to become a member of our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize existing communication skill while enhancing commercial curiosity dealing with various stakeholders. This position exists to ensure appropriate level of service of the Procurement Department in compliance with the Company's Policies and Procedures.


What will you actually do?

  • Procurement catalogue administration
  • Invoice management
  • Management of General Administration Procurement
  • Translation of internal communications
  • Contract Management
  • Management of supplier database
  • SAP reporting


Who are we looking for?


You as a professional have:

  • University degree or University Student


Knowledge and skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent Czech
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is preferable


You as a person have:

  • Analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on several projects under time pressure
