P&C Systems Specialist CzHuSk

Temporary role

 

Position

 

In this role you will act as the front-line administrator and internal contact for the HCM system and supervise the data processing function for the Human Resources Department. This includes:

  • entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data,
  • system maintenance,
  • supporting roadmap for HRIS changes.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Analytics
  • Proficient English (native Czech/Slovak will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of local legislation, tax and social security laws
  • Knowledge of MS Office with working knowledge of SAP, Success Factors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   
  • University degree in Human Resources or Statistics
