Finance & Logistics Trainee
Are you eager to build a strong foundation in logistics & finance fields and gain experience in different areas of financial management? As a Finance & Logistics Trainee at JT International, you’ll kick off your journey in Logistics, where you’ll dive into cost tracking, reporting, and analyzing supply chain operations. Throughout the program, you will gain practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance evaluation to support strategic decision-making.

What will you do:
- Logistics Support: Support the Demand Planning team in identifying risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations, monitoring inventory levels, and working on continuous improvement initiatives for demand planning processes and tools.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
- System and Process Enhancement: Participate in system and process enhancement projects related to financial tools.
- Project Support: Provide support on finance-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Global Supply Chain, to align with market objectives.
What would you need to be successful in this role:
- Results-driven, proactive, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and create enthusiasm for tasks and initiatives and to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or soon graduation (summer/autumn 2025) in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field,
- Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak, good command of English
- Digital proficiency, e.g. MS Office, Excellent Excel and Power BI skills
What is an advantage:
