Regional Accounts Lead Manager
About the Role
The Regional Accounts Lead Manager will be responsible for the execution of National Sales programs along with leading a team of field Regional Account Managers to improve the company’s market share, profitability and sales volume of its product lines, within a selected geographic area.
What you will do
- Select, coach, develop, and lead a strong regional account sales team to improve effectiveness
- Develop, recommend, and implement chain sales strategies consistent with company goals
- Communicate plans, goals and objectives for regional account activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets
- Direct communication of regional sales objectives, performance to goals, business trends, forecasts, and market trends/information
- Ensure existing customer base is maintained and new and/or prospective business objectives are consistently met
- Gather, analyze, and communicate information on activity from our competitors
- In collaboration with management, develop and deliver presentations at chain/national meetings as it relates to the industry and the company
- Maintain regular schedule of joint sales calls on chain/regional accounts
- Supervise adherence to all company and regulatory reporting requirements
Who We Are Looking For
A dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:

Bachelor’s degree required and certification in at least one sales training and one sales management program

At least 10 years sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years personnel management experience
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Availability to travel covering Western U.S. Geography/living in the West
