Under DTC and Events function, Trade Activation Associate manages Sales Associates to drive direct sale to existing adult smoker that in line with brand plan/strategy. Your main responsibility is to control over quality of deployment ensuring minimal to zero misconduct. You need to ensure the successful and effective KPI, from planning to implementation with proactive manner. In addition, you are responsible of identify and assign territory, route plan, and schedule based on target consumers, outlets' profile and peak hours align with brand objectives.  



Team Management:

  • Responsible for a successful and effective management of the exclusive sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and training to accomplish specific business objectives
  • Ensure that the implementation of Sales Activities are in accordance with brand objectives, company's policies, and training guidelines
  • Daily in person spot check on the execution of deployment of Exclusive sales team (Both Sale Associates and Drivers) in the field for Phnom Penh and frequent in person spot check for provinces' team (At least once per month) to ensure high quality of execution and minimize the chance of misconduct
  • Observe and notify to the administration supervisor if training is required for specific team or individual to ensure consistent standard of capability within the entire sale associates team
  • Create and implement effective controlling methodology
  • Fairly evaluate team's performance for incentive, and salary review. 

Strategies and KPIs Development & Execution:

  • Responsible for developing a business plan covering KPI, and meeting agreed targets 
  • Assist in the development of DTC Plan & Strategy, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts bases on historical data, market trends, competitors' activity, and direct sales program strategy
  • Set deployment territory and route plan in line with outlets' profile and target consumers
  • Ensure the set route plan has been properly followed.  


  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports 
  • Develop a proposal of corrective action if the performance is under expectation



  • Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in  Marketing/Business Management or any related field of study.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales - preferably FMCG with proven track record or high potentials of leadership, commercial/entrepreneur mindset, and project management/coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and sale
  • Experience in KPIs and route plan setting with analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A team player with leadership skills
  • With Initiative, attention to details and flexible, self-control, stress tolerance, and well presented
  • Fluency in oral and written English communication is a plus 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and with Driver's License
