Position Purpose:

Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervision salesmen in achieving SKU distribution target by their own territory management and to provide direction on coverage outlets expansion. He/she will overlook how sale men manage the retail stocks and make sure products are always ready to be distributed and establish the good relationship with trade to gain high level trade support and loyalty. He/she will be responsible to manage cash collection and credit to retail accuracy and make sure salesmen use sales system to store the report accuracy in a timely manner.

 

Position Description:

  • Supervise salesmen to achieve volume target by brand / SKU through daily and weekly monitoring;
  • Ensure salesmen achieve SKU distribution target, product availability and visibility;
  • Check outlet coverage calls per day, strike rate targets, and revise route plan;
  • Provide direction on new coverage outlet expansion;
  • Optimize material and resources to grow assigned territory’s performance;
  • Establish close relationship with trade to gain high level trade support and loyalty;
  • Manage cash collection & credit to retail;
  • Check retail stock levels to avoid out of stock and do stock rotation;
  • Provide direction on necessary marketing and communication materials deployment in the market as per field force execution guidelines;
  • Make sure salesmen use sales system properly;
  • Ensure accuracy and meet deadline for all reports;
  • Assist line manager as per assigned tasks.

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related filed;
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in managing sales person, in FMCG is preferred;
  • Minimum 24 years old, and driving license is required;
  • Excellent Khmer communication skills;
  • Good Chinese and English speaking/writing and computer literacy;
  • Good at persuasive selling; communication skills, building co-operative relationships and be able to work under pressure plus long distance travelling;
  • Good at supervisory skills and negotiation skills.
