Logistics and Warehousing Manager

The role encompasses comprehensive responsibilities in warehouse, inventory, delivery, safety, budget, and distribution system operations, requiring a highly organized and strategic leader. Key duties include inventory management, warehouse management, delivery management, health & safety, budget management, and distribution system operations.The position demands expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, compliance, and operational optimization, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient, and safe logistics operations.

As the Logistics and Warehousing Manager in the area of Finance, you will do the following:

1.) Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct audits, optimize turnover, maintain safety stock to prevent shortages, and ensure 100% accuracy through reconciliation and physical counts

2.) Warehouse Management: Develop strategic plans to enhance warehousing and logistics, ensure proper stock storage to prevent damage or infestation, enforce compliance with policies, and lead the warehouse team through training and development

3.) Delivery Management: Coordinate delivery schedules with stakeholders, establish product handling and transportation guidelines, and provide leadership to the delivery team through training and coaching

4.) Health and Safety: Maintain a safe workplace by understanding and mitigating hazards, participating in training, complying with legal and company safety requirements, and addressing unsafe conditions promptly

5.) Budget Management: Propose and track warehouse budget plans across all cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals

6.) Distribution System Operations: Strategically manage the distribution process, leveraging technology and data to optimize networks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Economics / Business Administration or similar (Master Degree will be beneficial)
  
• More than 5 years working experience in logistics/ warehouse/ supply chain in FMCG, preferably added experience in sales or information system functions
• Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Other)
• Excellent communication/presentation skill
• Excellent Khmer and English literacy
• Familiar or have experience in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP
• Data management and analytical skill
• Product Flow Management experience
• Logistics Management experience
