Position Purpose:

 

JTI Cambodia is currently seeking for Finance Associate (8 positions based in Battambang, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville and Kompong Cham). The employee will be responsible for accurate reconciliation of daily cash balance (Sales Representative), sale order loading (wholesale order), sales closing, sales invoice management, Account Receivables management, customer master data management in TME, and internal controls. In addition, the person is responsible for performing back office support activities such as TAS claims reimbursement, fixed asset controls and covering the duties of logistics to Wholesalers.

 

Position Description:

 

  • Perform daily cash and sales reconciliation timely and accurately, submit cash reconciliation report by the deadline, following up and reporting variances between WING slip and TME Lite summary slip;
  • Ensure data is reflected correctly in TME Lite by verifying quantity and completeness of TME Lite
  • Check timely AR balance and following up payment with Sales Reps / Sales Supervisor to ensure no late payments by the customers;
  • Verify & upload collection from Wholesale in TME Lites with supporting documents/references;
  • Return bounced cheques to Sales Supervisor for follow-up action with customers;
  • Submit proper documents & approvals to AR/AP Accountant for AR write-off;
  • Assist Internal Controller with the regional coverage audit processes, regular physical check/update of fixed assets and ensure Sales Reps follow the deposit processes, proper documentation;
  • Submit request for office supplies and perform PR & GR posting and send invoice to AR/AP Accountant for IR posting;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

 

Desired skills and experience:

 

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance & Banking;
  • 2-3 years working experience in Accounting & Reporting, preferably with multinational FMCG;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, PC literate; experience with sales systems is preferred
  • Committed, resulted-oriented, ability to work independently and well handle pressure under fast-paced working environment;
