Position Purpose:

JTI Cambodia is currently seeking for an Explore Management Trainee under Finance for 2019 Batch.


This Explore Management Trainee will undergo a 2-year development programme, based on a three 8-month rotation sequence in three different Finance functions, in three different countries within Asia Pacific. The candidate belongs to his/her local country market and starts the first of three 8-month rotations in the home market. The candidate will be exposed to all aspects of Finance such as Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis, Taxation, Treasury etc. Upon completion of assignments, the candidate will return to his/her home location for a permanent managerial role in one of the Finance functions.


Desired skills and experience:

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent);
  • Not more than 2 years of full time working experience;
  • Additional background in Finance or Accounting function would be an advantage;
  • Understanding of FMCG business operations flow would be an advantage;
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent computer skills - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Word. Experience in working with ERP/SAP/TM1 System will be an additional advantage;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Positive attitude, teamplayer, solid interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity; and
  • Fully mobile: Willing to travel and be posted anywhere in Asia Pacific.
