WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

You will be working very closely with Field Force and reporting to Capability Development Manager, will be primarily responsible for upskilling field force capabilities to enhance their effectiveness.  The incumbent will support Capability Development Manager to identify and prioritize functional capability development needs for field force, to prepare capability development plan, to develop training materials, and to deliver trainings to Trade Marketing and sales team on sales specific training agenda. He/She will also support Capability Development Manager for post-training activities which include evaluation of training effectiveness, finetuning content and delivery and follow-ups. He/She will be in regular contact with regional sales function, local sales department and distributor.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to Capability Development Manager to dentify capability development needs for field force, prioritize them and develop development plan 
  • Assist Capability Development Manager to seek out best practices from region and other markets that best suit to training plan. Provide support to tailor and localize training materials to create more relevance and better suit to local context. 
  • Support support to Capability Development Manager to deliver training contents to field force with hand-on, on-the-job and preferrably within the operating environment of field team. 
  • Coordinate and liaise with other functions/training providers for other non-sales specific training agenda to field force. 
  • Assist Capability Development Manager to prepare post-training activties which include assement of content and training approach effectiveness
  • Follow up with field force on the implementation of training action plan/commitment post training deliveries. 
  • Provide logistic, administration support and coordination for training 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in  Marketing/Business Management or any related field of study.
  • At least with 1 year of work experience in field sales, sales team management within FMCG and other related industries
  • Strong knowledge of different types of sales channel, trade and consumer behavior
  • Versatile, highly adaptive and able to work effectively with diverse group of people with different levels of experience and knowledge
  • Persuative in communication
  • Good organization skill and well structured
