You will assist the Brand Manager in the development of the over-all strategic plans & direction for assigned brand. Priority focus will be on program planning & development and quality execution to achieve Brand objectives & KPIs via effective communication strategy setting, channel specific brand & trade activations, merchandising, distribution & portfolio expansion, based on trade & consumer insights. This position is focused on quality & delivery of concepts into materials that meets or exceeds objectives. He/she will be working closely with the C&TM teams, agencies & suppliers to ensure the smooth translation of strategies to plans & programs.



  • Develop & execute BTL communication and activation strategies to deliver brand objectives. 
  • Lead in the planning & execution of brand-relevant trade and consumer activations at POS, as well as trade engagement events. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth execution & delivery of objectives.
  • Responsible for procurement of required materials in coordination with PPO team. Monitor and measure program tool effectiveness and identify what went well and areas for improvement with corresponding recommendations.
  • Develop practical and effective merchandising tools, in close coordination with Sales team, to support visibility & brand equity building.
  • Monitor Brand and Program KPIs & other metrics (volume & distribution, brand funnel, etc.) to establish brand performance over time, analyze trends & contribute insights that will aid in strategy setting.
  • Regularly monitor & report on competitor activities.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in New Product and Packaging development initiatives. Act as internal point person to liaise with stakeholders such as R&D, GSC and Brand Group.
  • Act as point of contact with creative agencies and suppliers contracted for projects and ensure excellent quality of work. Manage timelines & timely delivery of projects and negotiate budgets allocated to the agencies.
  • Budget management & monitoring.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.



  • Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in  Marketing/Business Management or any related field of study.
  • At least 3 years experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing of international FMCG company or Strategic Planning/Account Servicing in Advertising agency 
  • With Initiative, attention to details and flexible, self-control, stress tolerance, and well presented
  • Fluency in oral and written English communication is a plus 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
