Activation Manager
As the Activation Manager, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to craft and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our target consumers. Your ability to interpret the latest lifestyle trends and transform them into compelling programs and events will be crucial in reinforcing our brand's proposition and equity.
As the Activation Manager under the area of Marketing, you will do the following
1.) Translate brand objective to connect with consumer experience and journey: Interpret brand objectives and translate them into consumer-centric strategies that align with each stage of the customer journey.
2.) Event Strategy and Execution: Work with the Marketing & Sales team to achieve brand plans and objectives through innovative event strategies, while activating brand content at key events to engage consumers and boost brand visibility.
3.) Trend Analysis and Integration: Monitor emerging lifestyle trends and translate insights into engaging programs and event concepts,
4.) Consumer Program Development: Design and lead consumer-focused programs that enhance brand relevance and drive engagement, including digital activation and program development.
5.) Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and guide a team to ensure brand consistency across all activations while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment. Manage agency relationships and work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure programs are executed successfully in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
6.) Budget and Expense Management: Regularly monitor activation expenses to ensure transparency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, while leading the preparation and management of the annual budget for activation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, brand activation and consumer digital programs
- Fluency in English and local language (Khmer)
- Proven ability to lead event strategies and execute marketing activations
- Strong understanding of lifestyle trends and how to integrate them into campaigns
- Effective team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail, initiative, and adaptability
- Professional, well-presented, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; culturally sensitive
- Solid analytical skills for budget tracking and expense management
- Experience in the tobacco or alcohol industry is a plus
