People & Culture Business Partner - Sales
At JTI, we believe strong commercial results start with strong people leadership. As the senior People & Culture Business Partner for the Sales function, this role provides strategic advisory to Sales leadership, driving commercial performance, organizational capability, and employee engagement.
By translating business strategy into integrated people solutions across the employee lifecycle, the role ensures robust governance, effective labor relations, and leadership decisions that build a high‑performing and sustainable Sales organization.
Position
As the People & Culture Business Partner - Sales, you will:
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, and capability building
- Act as a trusted advisor on People & Culture policies, labor relations, and governance, ensuring consistent and compliant application
- Drive core talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, recruitment, and onboarding
- Support workforce planning, organization design, job evaluation, and rewards execution in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Advise leaders on employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievance processes, and labor law compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes, employee experience, engagement, and data‑driven decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Business Partnering roles
- Proven experience supporting commercial or Sales functions
- Strong background in employee relations, labor law compliance, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance people advocacy with business priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
