Join Us in Putney As A Trade Platform Manager

 

 

The Trade Platform Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of JTI360 - JTI UK's independent retailer engagement platform. The Specialist will work closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure Brand and Business objectives are considered and achieved. They will collaborate extensively with BTS to ensure development prioritisation; with Sales stakeholders to capture feedback, enhance the platform, and address Salesforce and retailer issues, and with agency partners to implement frontend and backend initiatives, ensuring high engagement levels through regular updates and testing. 

 

 

Position

 

As a Trade Platform Manager, you will

 

  • Manage the development and maintenance of JTI360 - JTI UK's independent retailer engagement platform 
  • Maintain and enhance backend functionality to ensure platform continuity and seamless user experiences  
  • Collaborate with global IT teams is essential to ensure alignment and development prioritisation
  • Collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders at every level, including platform power users, is required to gather feedback and drive site enhancements  
  • Work closely with Commercial Planning to ensure retailer and salesforce problems are troubleshooted and resolved efficiently
  • Introduce and maintain a campaign calendar for the platform
  • Analyse campaigns, the JTI360 Shop and general retailer engagement to deliver recommendations to improve future performance of the Trade Platform, both during and following each program
  • Manage of multiple agency partners to ensure high-level delivery on all aspects, from backend and frontend development, to campaign execution, to measuring return on objective efficiency from the platform

 

Requirements

 

  • A-level equivalent or above 
  • 3-5 years in a similar role within FMCG. Sales and/or Marketing experience is a plus 
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are essential 
  • Experience applying marketing principles with a commercial mindset is also required 
  • Project management, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, problem solving, commercial, creative and innovative, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Spoken and written English

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £52,000 – £59,000 per annum dependent on experience and a car allowance of £7,611 per annum.
