Rewards Manager – Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia
In our commitment to maintain a workplace where our people bring their Human Best, the Rewards Manager is pivotal for driving rewards structures that support empowerment, competitiveness, and internal equity. Building upon our well-established base, you will lead a dedicated team and report directly to the P&C Director and directly contributing to the Cluster people strategy.
Position:
- Design and implement rewards strategies in line with business growth and people agenda
- Manage a > $25 MM budget, ensuring precision in planning, cost modelling, and preparing insights for effective budget management
- Oversee the rewards portfolio (people metrics, payroll, pay structures, salary reviews, incentive schemes etc.) to ensure external competitiveness and internal sustainability to fully support attraction and retention of the right caliber employees
- Take charge of workforce planning and headcount tracking while maintaining effective organization structures through job evaluation and benchmarking
- Promote pay for performance principles, rewards transparency through proactive communication with employees and ensure consistent standards across all three markets
- Ensure regulatory and people data governance for compliance and act as a point of contact for external and internal audits
- Govern foreign labor employment, through mobility programs for global and permanent hires
Requirements:
- Have solid experience in Rewards or relevant fields (finance or HR generalist experience as an added advantage)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and HRMS
- Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency for any of the cluster markets is a plus
- Embrace a collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across different stakeholders and functions
