Digital Infrastructure & E-commerce Manager
Position
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Infrastructure & E-commerce Manager to spearhead the deployment, integration, and optimization of a consumer-centric digital ecosystem with key focus on technical & e-commerce aspects of digital ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring a seamless and effective digital consumer journey, driving innovation to enhance operational efficiency and consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical optimization of digital consumer journeys, ensuring all touchpoints and activation mechanics are up-to-date and delivering excellent results.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven approaches to continually improve the consumer experience across all digital platforms.
- Oversee the technical implementation and optimization of acquisition and retention initiatives
- Manage, maintain and utilize the consumer database for effective marketing programs.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners to align on project priorities and technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the digital ecosystem budget, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of tools and platforms in daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in:
- Digital Marketing platforms and ecosystems.
- Managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- People management, with evidence of strong leadership abilities.
- Hands-on experience with:
- eCRM, eCommerce, SEM, WMS, IMS, and OMS platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of budget management, P&L, and strategic decision-making.
- Proficient level of English is required as well as Czech or Slovak fluency
