Position:

The role is responsible for managing demand, production, and inventory planning for the CZ market while ensuring smooth tax stamp circulation. The key focus is to secure optimal product availability, minimize NTM and FG write-off risks, and support market strategy through accurate planning and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

•  Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales, FPA, Global Supply Chain, and GBS teams to ensure optimal product availability for the CZ market. 

• Manage demand and inventory planning using JTI planning tools, ensuring alignment with market strategy and timely product/price registration with CZ Customs. 

• Monitor NTM stock levels at sourcing factories to meet production needs while minimizing write-off risks and managing the NTM W/O budget. 

• Approve NTM purchasing orders from the market side. 

• Support tax stamp circulation between Customs Authorities and factories to maintain optimal TX stock levels and support FG destruction processes. 

• Prepare and deliver required reports for stakeholders or upon request from the line manager. 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field 

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or a similar field 

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak, and English language 

• Strong user-level computer skills (MS Office – Excel; SAP is an advantage) 

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills 

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities 

• Team player mentality with a positive, open, and proactive attitude
