Temporary Trade Marketeer

 


Position Purpose: 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving in-store activities to increase Retailer engagement with JTI products. Apply Trade Marketing Programs to achieve volume, distribution, and availability targets in both Combustibles and RRP Categories. You'll strategize efficient routes aligned with territory objectives and analyze data for informed decision-making. Demonstrating a 'Double Win' approach, you'll tailor proposals to meet retailer needs while ensuring JTI's success across the territory.

 

What will you do - Responsabilities: 

 

  • Determine visit frequency based on customer prioritization plan, and arrange calls using outlet sales data.

 

  • Negotiate and monitorize sales agreements, guarantee compliance with planogram requirements, Distribution, Volume and Sales and maintain contractual standards.

 

  • Predict, handle objections, and secure commitment by emphasizing JTI proposal benefits.

 

  • Responsible for implementing cycle activities to stimulate sales, product flow, brand awareness and customer commercial loyalty.

 

  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing activities within assigned territory

 

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • University Degree

 

  • Min. 2 years of demonstrated experience in FMCG sales

 

  • Portuguese (mandatory), English & Spanish Knowledge

 

  • Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office, Power BI & CRM systems as a plus.

 

  • Commercial competence and understanding of market dynamics.

 

  • Excellent communication and selling abilities.

 

  • Familiarity with trade marketing systems, including reporting and data analysis.
