Field Marketing Supervisor

 

As the Field Marketing Supervisor in the area of Marketing, you will do the following:

 

 

1.) Cycle Planning & Program Deployment

 

  • Strategic Rollout: Support the development, coordination, and national deployment of Field Marketing initiatives, New Product Launches (NPL), Equity, Pricing Campaigns, and strategic activation platforms.
  • Timeline Management: Establish and communicate clear program requirements, key milestones, and deliverables to guarantee alignment before each deployment cycle.
  • Readiness Assurances: Consolidate deployment requirements and monitor execution readiness, ensuring materials, suppliers, and fully prepared prior to launch.

 

2.) Performance Tracking & Feedback

 

  • KPI Monitoring: Track program KPIs, deployment progress, and execution compliance to proactively identify and bridge execution gaps.
  • Insights & Reviews: Consolidate field feedback and implementation updates to support post-implementation reviews and continuous learning assessments.

 

3.) Agency & Supplier Management

 

  • Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party suppliers and agencies supporting Field Marketing initiatives from briefing through to implementation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project timelines, deliverables, execution quality, and supplier performance, ensuring swift resolution of any operational issues.

 

4.) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact to facilitate seamless communication and alignment among Portfolio, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Regional Field Marketing teams.
  • Priority Cascading: Ensure national priorities and cycle updates are clearly and consistently communicated to regional execution teams.

 

5.) Project Leadership & Capability Building

 

  • Special Projects: Lead assigned projects delegated by the FM Lead (e.g., activation pilots, new execution frameworks).
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization, capability-building projects, and deployment excellence initiatives to elevate overall field marketing standards.

Success in this role means consistently delivering well-planned and seamless field marketing programs that are executed effectively across the country, while ensuring strong alignment among stakeholders, suppliers, and regional teams. The individual is able to coordinate and deploy key initiatives, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and activation programs, on time and with a high level of readiness. They use data, field insights, and performance metrics to monitor execution, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous learning. Success also involves building strong partnerships with agencies and suppliers, maintaining quality standards, and proactively resolving operational challenges. Through effective collaboration, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset, the role contributes to stronger execution excellence, enhanced field marketing capabilities, and successful delivery of strategic business objectives.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand plan & Development role or Channel Management (FMCG experience is highly preferred).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, launch cycles, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track KPIs, interpret field data, and translate feedback into actionable execution improvements.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify execution gaps and implement quick, effective solutions.
