Executive Assistant

 

 

This role will be providing high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager (GM) and Leadership Team (Local ExCom), ensuring the smooth and efficient management of Leadership Team's daily operations and act as the key point of contact between the Local ExCom and internal/external stakeholders. This role combines strong organizational and communication skills with discretion, professionalism, and business acumen.

 

As the Executive Assistant in the area of General Management you will be doing the following:

 

1.) Executive Support: You will be responsible for handling the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements of the General Manager and Local ExCom. You will comprehensive logistics support to the Local ExCom members and their families, including assistance with work permits, travel visas, relocation needs such as housing and schooling, and general local advisory support. You will also coordinate logistics and hospitality arrangements for visitors, including invitation letters, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. You are expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism is important in handling sensitive and business-critical information.

 

2.) Meeting and Communication Coordination: You will be organizing executive and leadership meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring all logistics and materials are ready in advance. You will also manage commercial reviews, leadership offsite, internal events, and conferences, while recording and following up on key decisions, action items, and deliverables. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain timely information flow and serves as a communication liaison the Local ExCom, internal stakeholders (including EA, GM, LT in other markets, regional and HQ offices), and external partners, clients, and government representatives.

 

3.) Other Critical Administrative Tasks: You will also support the execution of strategic and cross-functional projects assigned by the General Manager and Local Excom, ensuring timely coordination and follow-through on key initiatives. You will be responsible for doing administrative tasks, including expense processing, travel claims, vendor coordination, and benefits budget tracking, to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint, Teams, or project management tools is an advantage.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and high professionalism
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with local administrative processes and a well-established network with local establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and service providers.
