Digital and Activation Manager
As the Digital and Activation Manager in the area of Marketing, you will be doing the following:
- Consumer Activation Strategy: You will own the end‑to‑end consumer activation strategy across multiple touchpoints, clearly defining the role of each touchpoint in delivering brand objectives. In this role, you will shape how every touchpoint contributes to equity, engagement, and conversion, aligned with portfolio priorities, and translate the overall strategy into a structured annual activation calendar with clear prioritization and strong alignment to portfolio and commercial objectives.
- Consumer Activation Platform Development: Build and scale structured activation platforms such as premium events and M‑Corner, ensuring consistency, scalability, and meaningful impact. In this role, you will also apply a test‑and‑learn approach to pilot new activation formats, identify what works best, and scale successful models, while driving expansion into premium HoReCa through disciplined, repeatable activation frameworks.
- Digital Engagement Development & Commercialization: Own the digital engagement ecosystem, with a strong focus on scaling the Telegram chatbot into a commercial activation platform. In this role, you will build a pipeline of digital‑led programs across DTC, activation, and retail, ensuring clear and measurable commercial impact, and drive the adoption of digital tools across field teams and stakeholders by integrating them seamlessly into day‑to‑day execution.
- Performance & Commercial Impact: You will define and track KPIs across campaigns and platforms to ensure clear visibility into performance, while driving the commercial impact of activation and digital initiatives by linking engagement outcomes to trial, conversion, and sales uplift.
- Execution Excellence: Drive cross‑functional alignment with DTC, Sales, and Portfolio teams to ensure integrated planning and execution, while ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery through strong planning, effective vendor management, and in‑market control. In this role, you will also promote continuous improvement by leading post‑activation evaluation and optimization to strengthen future activation effectiveness.
What does success in this role look like?
Success in this role means effectively owning and delivering an end‑to‑end consumer activation and digital strategy that is clearly defined, well‑prioritized, and consistently executed across all touchpoints. You effectiveness in this role is demonstrated through scalable activation platforms, strong adoption of digital tools across teams, and seamless cross‑functional collaboration with DTC, Sales, and Portfolio partners. Performance is clearly tracked through meaningful KPIs, with activation and digital initiatives translating into measurable gains in equity, engagement, conversion, and sales uplift, supported by continuous evaluation and optimization to sustain long‑term business growth.
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent field. An MBA or equivalent educational background is considered desirable.
- You bring at least 6–8 years of experience in a marketing function, ideally within tobacco or other FMCG environments.
- You have proven experience in consumer activation, digital platforms (such as CRM or chatbots), and executing campaigns at scale.
- You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer engagement, activation mechanics, and digital enablement tools.
- You are able to translate strategy into scalable platforms and structured execution.
- You bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a clear focus on ROI and performance.
- You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- You are experienced in project and vendor management.
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
