Brand Associate
As the Brand Associate in the area of Marketing, you will be doing the following:
- Brand Plan and Initiative Support: You will support the Brand Manager in executing brand plans and initiatives aligned with both global and local strategies. You will prepare materials, trackers, and documentation to support brand planning and review processes, while ensuring that execution details are followed accurately and delivered consistently.
- Consumer and Market Insight Support: Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing consumer, market, and competitor data. You will also support the preparation of insights, summaries, and implications to inform brand initiatives, and help track post-campaign and post-launch performance.
- Marketing Communication and Activation Execution: Support the development and rollout of brand communications, consumer programs, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. You will also coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to help ensure timely delivery of materials, while making sure all executions align with brand guidelines and follow the required approval processes.
- New Launches and Brand Initiative: Provide support to the Brand Manager in planning and executing new line extensions or initiative launches, and coordinate cross-functionally to help ensure a smooth rollout and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Budget and Administrative Support: You will assist in tracking budgets, preparing documentation, and supporting reporting for brand activities. You will ensure the accurate and timely submission of administrative and financial requirements, and help monitor actual spend against the planned budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, and other functions to support effective brand execution. Help facilitate clear information flow and coordination to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives, while supporting strong alignment between brand intent and in-market execution.
What does success in this role look like?
Success in this role means you are a reliable and proactive partner in bringing brand plans to life. You consistently support the Brand Manager in executing initiatives smoothly and in line with strategy, while ensuring materials, timelines, and processes are well-organized and delivered accurately. You contribute meaningful insights by helping analyze consumer, market, and campaign data, and you support effective coordination across teams and partners. Ultimately, you help ensure that brand initiatives are executed consistently, budgets are well-managed, and the brand’s intent is clearly reflected in the market.
Who are we looking for?
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of early-career experience in marketing, FMCG, or brand/activation roles, or similar areas where transferable skills can be applied.
- Brings a strong learning mindset, an organized and structured way of working, and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Basic understanding of brand management principles.
- Awareness of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with marketing communication and activation fundamentals.
- Understanding of how cross-functional teams collaborate within a marketing environment.
- Comfortable using English in both written and spoken communication, along with proficiency in the local language.
