Area Sales Supervisor (Prey Veng)
As an Area Sales Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of salesmen to deliver strong business results through disciplined execution and excellent trade partnerships.
As the Area Sales Supervisor, you will be doing the following:
- Drive Brand Execution Excellence
• Ensure strong performance in Availability, Visibility, Pricing, and Merchandising across all outlets
• Maintain high product availability, strong brand presence, and compliance with pricing guidelines
• Conduct regular field visits to coach and continuously improve in-store execution - Lead Sales Force Effectiveness & Coverage
• Supervise and guide salesmen to achieve volume and SKU distribution targets
• Optimize route planning, outlet coverage, and call productivity to ensure efficient territory execution
• Expand into new outlets and improve strike rate and execution quality
• Drive disciplined execution using structured ways of working and performance tracking - Strengthen Trade Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
• Act as the key interface between the company and trade in your territory
• Drive trust, engagement, and long-term collaboration with customers - Ensure Sales Operations, Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely use of Sales System (TME Lite) and reporting tools
• Manage cash collection and credit control with strong discipline
• Monitor retail stock levels, prevent out-of-stocks, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements
What success looks like
You will succeed in this role by:
• Consistently delivering volume and SKU distribution targets
• Driving strong coverage, execution quality, and outlet expansion
• Building trusted trade partnerships
• Ensuring accurate reporting, disciplined cash management, and compliance
• Developing a high-performing and motivated field team
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum high school graduate; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Around 3 years of experience in sales supervision or FMCG field operations
- Experience in leading and coaching sales teams is an advantage
- Strong understanding of field execution excellence (Availability, Visibility, Pricing, Merchandising)
- Strong sales force management and coaching capability
- Good knowledge of route-to-market and territory management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor performance and reporting
- Proficiency in sales system & reporting tools
- Strong Khmer communication skills
- Good English communication and writing skills
