SPARE PART WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Oversee and coordinate daily spare parts warehouse activities from receiving and storing the material, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising the staff and securing the warehouse to ensure the warehouse able to support GSC operational activities to run effective and efficient.
As the Spare Part Warehouse Supervisor, you will do:
- Sparepart Warehouse Management:
- Create work plan for Spareparts warehouse team and monitor daily warehouse activities from receiving the material, storing (ensure material kept in good condition), managing inventory levels, include stock count accuracy and ensuring the on-time and accurate delivery of goods to respective user to support operational activities.
- Warehouse Monitoring and Administrative:

Maintain record of orders, bills, item received and deliveries and all necessary documentation and provide report on warehouse productivity and status.

Ensure warehouse to stay organized and perform basic maintenance standard to maintain health and safety workplace.

- People Management:
- Monitor performance of Sparepart Warehouse team and provide development.
- QHSE-En Management:

Accountable to control the measurement of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy (QHSE-En) are known and implemented well.

Provide continuous improvement of QHSE-En performance to establish the effective and efficient production.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Management or relevant field from reputable university.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistic management or related field.

Fluent in English

Good understanding of warehouse management and logistic management.
