Reporting to: Cell Lead

Location: Pasuruan

 

 

Process Lead

This person will be responsible to develop both the line team’s technical understanding and the mastery of process control to improve and optimize the production process in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, safety and quality using IWS methodology in the assigned work cell.

As the Process Lead, you are responsible for:

    • Ownership of line daily management systems (DMSs), including centerline (CL), changeover (CO), and change management (CM).
    • Encouraged to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and proficiency in process control.
    • Problem solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert in initial problem solving (IPS) and unified problem solving (UPS) standard work processes (SWPs).
    • Provide performance data analysis, including using the line’s data analytics tools, equipment data systems, and the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator’s suite of reliability data tools.
    • Be the backup for problem resolution to ensure the production line keeps delivering the volume on time.

 Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree diploma in engineering / statistic.
  • 3+ years work experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years as process engineer.
  • English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment).
  • Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).
  • Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.
  • Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guide, coach and develop others through on-shop-floor interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
