Location: Pasuruan
Maintenance Lead
As the Maintenance Lead, you are responsible for:

Ownership of line daily management systems (DMSs), including breakdown elimination (BDE), and maintenance planning and scheduling (MP&S).

Encouraged to develop the operating teams on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery.

Problem solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert for in-Depth Analysis (IDA).

Developing and updating annual maintenance plan and calendar.

Ensuring the revision and updating “maintenance technical documentation” required.

Who are we looking for?
-
Bachelor degree diploma in engineering.
-
3+ years work experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in process engineer, experienced mechanic, electronic or specialist.

English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment).

Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).

Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.

Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guide, coach and develop others through on-shop-floor interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
