IT Business Solutions Analyst (Batangas Factory)

The Factory IT Business Solutions Analyst acts as a key bridge between business and IT, supporting factory and operational stakeholders by translating business needs into effective technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with factory teams, IT teams, and external partners to assess requirements, support system enhancements, and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that business operations are supported by reliable, efficient, and compliant IT solutions, while balancing operational needs, system capabilities, and organizational priorities.

As a Factory IT Business Solutions Analusyt, you will:

Act as a primary point of contact between business teams and IT, understanding operational needs and translating them into IT requirements
Conduct business requirements analysis, ensuring clarity and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Support the evaluation, design, and selection of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with company standards
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including coordination, documentation, and timeline tracking
Provide support for system implementation activities, including testing (UAT), rollout, and user support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (factory, IT, and external vendors) to ensure smooth delivery of IT initiatives
Monitor and support ongoing system performance and day-to-day operations, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities
Contribute to IT governance, compliance, and security standards, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Support supplier/vendor coordination, including working with external partners for solution delivery and issue resolution
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to support business transformation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or related roles
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
Exposure to system implementation or project support activities
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage but not required
Strong business requirements analysis and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of IT systems, applications, and business processes
Exposure to solution design and system architecture concepts (e.g., integration, scalability)
Experience or familiarity with at least one or more of the following technology areas
Cloud / SaaS solutions
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Mobile or Digital Business Solutions
Experience supporting project implementation, testing, or system rollout
Exposure to vendor or supplier coordination is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
