Performance Management Associate
As the Performance Management Associate in the area of Sales, you will:
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports for different functions.
- Create Excel reports using SQL and BI queries.
- Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy of existing reports.
- Efficiently obtain and leverage data from the DMS.
- Apply an understanding of the commercial processes within the DMS to analyze and measure performance against operational KPIs.
- Understand business needs, develop ad‑hoc reports upon request, and proactively identify reporting opportunities
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Minimum 1 years of experience with DMS software in FMCG industries or experience with business analysis/reporting
- Fluent in English Communication
- Functional Skills:
- At least 1 year experience of DMS software
- Intermediate knowledge of any programming language (SQL preferred)
- Basic Excel skill (at least creating sample dashboard)
- Basic knowledge of Database system and table structure
