P&C Business Partner

WG3, Moscow , temporary, reporting to P&C Business Partners Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a business partner within assigned functions for all P&C related matters.
  • Together with the management, ensure that the organizational structure design serves current business needs and is in line with HC AP. Review the job content and position descriptions when required;
  • Manage sourcing activities within assigned functions including talent assessment, promotions & transfers. Proactively identify the staffing needs while taking into consideration the HC plan and available budget;
  • Ensure Talent Management processes are well established and facilitate Succession Planning process for the key positions with regular reviews. In partnership with management team identify TOP Talents and drive locally the programs for this group of employees. Ensure talent promotion and retention within the organization. Support and facilitate the execution of the Performance management processes;
  • Manage and perform P&C administration activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and local legislation;
  • Staff counselling: providing the expertise on Labor Code, P&C policies, procedures & corporate culture aspects. Ensure compliance on all issues/disputes arising with employees to secure a smooth resolution.

 

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, fluent level of Russian;
  • Computer Literate (advanced MS Office user).
