FIELD MARKETING ZONE MANAGER - NORTH MINDANAO
The Field Marketing Zone Manager (FMZM) leads business and team development in their assigned Zone. They create strategic plans based on consumer insights and market analysis, using both HQ-led initiatives and local campaigns to drive growth and profitability. The FMZM guides and coaches Territory Consumer Leads (TCLs) in developing demand creation strategies and ensures excellence in execution across all touchpoints, handling budgets and performance. They also promote JTI's ONE TEAM culture by collaborating with sales partners and cross-functional departments and working closely with the national field marketing manager to address business opportunities and challenges.
As the Field Marketing Zone Manager, you will:
- Team Competency Development
- Responsible for the individual performance, compliance and development planning of the TCLs and TALs within the assigned zone. Able to identify individual learning priorities and develops action plans to address these, encompassing both on-the-job, functional training, as well as formal training opportunities. Develops his/her team with longterm objective in mind to contribute to the company's talent pool.
- Business Development and Leadership
- Leads end to end business development in collaboration with CBU leadership team. Translates insights gained from thorough data analysis as well as in-field expertise into long-term strategic plans for JTI's brand portfolio within the assigned zone, aligned to overall commercial and brand objecitves. Translates strategic plan into clear investment road-map to drive holistic consumer acquisition and demand creation from action panning through to execution excellence, monitoring and reviewing investment success.
- Champions the use of all analytical tools e.g. Power BI, Nielsen, etc. within the CBU, to provide valuable insights beyond program performance. Demonstrates a wider commercial view, from operational efficiencies to financial health and marketing investments, and instills the same sense of business ownership in his/her direct reports.
- Responsible for initiating and securing complete approval and all operational mandatories to activate brand campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders

Planning, Forecasting, and Resource Management

Collaborates with CBU leaders in the Full Year (FY) planning and forecasting process, using all relevant enablers and planning tools to lead investment mapping, based on Zone's FY strategic plan to deliver inremental growth via clear investment priorities. Contributes to all CBU discussions, beyond program investment (e.g. Operational efficiencies in Sales and Finance processes), thusdemonstrating a well-rounded commercial understanding and business ownership.

Accountable for Zone marketing budget and resource management. Responsible for clear budget phasing based on investment roadmap, as well as constant monitoring and review based on program performance and busienss development.

Reassesses and rephases budget to reflect required changes, provides clear and proactive reports covering all elements of the Zone's budget management.

Maintains control of all resources falling under marketing investments (e.g. POSM and promotional items such as GWPs (Gift With Purchase), proactively puts forward action plans to maximise available resources and mitigate write-off risks.

Drives compliance amongst TCLs and TALs to ensure rigorous campaign budget planning and resource management, in line with company processes, within their assigned projects and branches. Leads his/her team in ensuring proper forecasting and stock management of campaign related POSMs/ Free Goods / GWPs up until closure and depletion.

Leading Campaign Development, Implementation and Evalution

Lead the development of consumer acquisition and demand creation campaigns, managing the end-to-end process with full ownership (from opportunity spotting to idiation through to campaign creation, execution, evalutation and closure). Responsible for coaching and guiding TCLs and TALs in managing the same end-to-end process for their assigned projects/territories to drive Excellence in Execution, as well as delivering on clearly defined campaign objectives, KPIs, timelines, control measures

Requirements:
- College Graduate
- At least 8 years experience in Field Marketing, Trade/Channel Marketing, and Marketing that includes on-ground Field Sales experience from an FMCG company.
- With experience as a people manager.
- Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
