Internal Communication Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Internal Communications team in planning and executing communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create visually appealing communication materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Assist in developing newsletters, presentations, announcements, intranet content, and internal branding assets.
• Support content creation using AI-powered tools for communication, design, and productivity enhancement.
• Coordinate and manage communication calendars and support internal events and activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Assist in video editing, creative storytelling, and digital content development when needed.
• Support photography, content coverage, and employee engagement activities during internal events.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience and internal communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Design, or any related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong creativity and eye for design and branding.
• Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity enhancement.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
