Data & Analytics Manager

 

The purpose of this role is to develop, govern and deliver reliable, automated and decision‑oriented analytics that support performance management, targeting and execution across Marketing & Sales.

Reporting to the Data & Foresight Lead, the Data & Analytics Manager ensures that data from multiple sources is integrated, governed and transformed into dashboards and tools that improve visibility, execution discipline and speed of decision‑making across the organisation.

 

Position:

 

Data governance and integration

 

  • Define and maintain data standards, definitions and governance for consumer, trade and transactional datasets.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data used across M&S.
  • Partner with D&IT, Sales Systems and other dataset owners to strengthen data pipelines and data quality.

 

Performance dashboards and reporting

 

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards supporting brand, activation, sales, distribution, visibility, investment (ROI/ROO) and field force productivity performance.
  • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, actionable and aligned with agreed KPIs.
  • Continuously improve reporting tools based on evolving business needs.

 

Advanced analytics and targeting enablement

 

  • Support consumer and trade targeting through analytics and data‑driven logic.
  • Enable segmentation‑based prioritization, activation targeting and resource focus.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and RTC and Sales Effectiveness teams to operationalize analytics into execution.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics or Business Analytics).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, and DAX.
  • Proven ability to develop interactive dashboards and performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience translating business needs into insightful reporting solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
