Consumer Activation Supervisor

At JTI we create, test and introduce new and innovative products aimed at reducing potential risks (heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches). They are essential to our business sustainability. Join us in shaping impactful consumer experiences and driving engagement across channels.

 

Position:

As the Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the execution of consumer activation and experiential engagement initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  • Implement consumer activation plans across RMC, Shisha, and RRP categories in line with activation playbooks and brand guidelines
  • Track activation performance and provide insights, execution feedback, and market learnings
  • Coordinate activation activities across HORECA, trade-adjacent environments, and digital platforms, working closely with Sales, RTC, and Trade teams
  • Support activation planning and readiness by managing calendars, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring materials, logistics, and agencies are prepared
  • Assist in executing consumer events and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in consumer activation, trade marketing, or a similar field
  • Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple channels and stakeholders
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English required
