Consumer Experience Strategy Manager
The Consumer Experience Strategy Manager will be in charge of crafting and delivering the consumer journey for RRP brands, ensuring seamless omnichannel engagement and impactful brand activations. This role focuses on achieving consumer acquisition, retention, and dedication through innovative strategies that align with business priorities and market dynamics.
Position:
As the Consumer Experience Strategy Manager, you will:
- Develop quality input for consumer activation initiatives, optimizing Route-To-Consumer and omnichannel engagement based on consumer needs and competitive landscape
- Develop end-to-end omnichannel consumer journey and engagement plans tailored to different consumer segments
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels to raise brand awareness, engage and acquire consumers, and support the full consumer funnel
- Collaborate on and implement brand activation plans in partnership with Sales, Consumer Activations, and Digital teams
- Identify commercial priorities, optimize investments and resources, ensuring alignment with local regulations, brand strategy, and consumer insights
- Align and integrate the implementation of consumer experience strategies across activations and digital teams, proposing actions and initiatives for continuous improvement
- Supervise agency tasks and supplier partnerships to secure timely delivery and alignment with customers
- Assist the RRP Lead in upholding a uniform brand story and ensuring excellence in execution across all platforms
- Perform routine business assessments based on critical metrics, offering insights and suggestions to the RRP Lead and various collaborators
- Monitor and control brand and activation budgets, ensuring efficient return on investment throughout the consumer experience funnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic 360°-always-on marketing management and strategy development, preferably in FMCG, Automotive, or Real Estate (premium/niche brands)
- Highly analytical with strong data interpretation and commercial competence to drive clear business decisions
- Strategic and critical thinking with structured problem-solving and change management skills
- Transparent, inclusive, and collaborative approach to getting results across teams
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in budget management and optimizing resources effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing and consumer acquisition for premium or niche brands
- Proficiency in branding tools, marketing platforms, analytical software, and Microsoft tools
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities
