Sales Force Capabilities Manager

WG3, Moscow HO based, permanent, reporting to CHANNELS STRATEGY & BUDGET GROUP MANAGER
 •   To manage trainings development and execution process, including cooperation with agencies;  
•    To maintain development tools and instruments (eLibrary, sales onboarding platform, etc);
•    To take active role in Business Advisers knowledge and skills enhancement and support mindset development;
•    To cooperate with HQ in the context of adaptation of globally recommended development tools;
•    To conduct offline and online training programs;
•    To propose and implement effective and purposeful development solutions;
•    To effectively manage the training budget.



•    Higher Education;
•    English knowledge (written and oral) – Upper Intermediate; Russian - fluent;
•    Strong project and time management skills;
•    Strong presentation skills;
•    Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills (for communication inside and outside);
•    Analytical and budget management skills, attention to details;
•    Familiar with traditional and modern training processes; 
•    Strategic and creative mindset;
•    High internal client services standards;
•    Self-disciplined and responsible person;
•    Experience in Sales is preferable;
•    Experience in training development and delivery is preferable;
•    Readiness for business trips.
