People/Office Operations Manager
 

What you will do:

 Office

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration & operation (cleaning, mail, courier, meal, catering, stationary, visit cards support);
  • Manage events (corporate and functional);
  • Ensure proper office facilities (plan, organize office layout, arrange necessary repairs & renovations, office maintenance, maintain and replenish inventory);
  • Follow the modern trends in office management, reveal employees’ new demands, propose and implement advanced solutions pro-actively.

Travel

  • Manage assigned travel agency and all corporate travel-related activities (procedures, payments, flights, hotels, advance reports etc).

Well-being:

  • Further design and lead the implementation of health and wellbeing strategy;
  • Manage Admin and EHS budgets and reporting (incl global activities and business trips risk assessments);
  • Manage the initiatives for market in terms of pandemic situation. Ensure employees’ safety in line with JTI global EHS guidelines and local regulation (COVID-19 management).

 

We expect from you

  • University degree;
  • At least 5 years experience as administration manager;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Project management experience;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, to prioritize and focus, willing to do extra mile;
  • High level of standards;
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
