IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Business stakeholder management

•  Act as a main contact for appropriate responsibility area on the Market for all D&IT service regardless of which partner team is accountable for the delivery. 
• Actively engaging with business stakeholders (predominantly directors and above) and D&IT partners to explore capability improvements or to ensure clear understanding of new capabilities requirements. Drive demand process to deliver new solutions as planned in the roadmaps.
• Improve business performance of appropriate area by focusing on value over solutions. Emphasize value when developing ideas, evaluating risk, and evolving needs that support business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively review technology successes in JTI and external environment, bringing to the attention of Business partners to explore the innovation within the team’s remit.  

IT: operational portfolio management

• Responsible for full lifecycle of all team portfolio of applications (including new system functionality implementation and support), drive its standardization and efficiency
• Leads and manages identified changes & projects, and on occasions related teams, to ensure they are executed successfully. The incumbent will at all time work in accordance with JTI’s Project Management Framework, and established D&IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices.
• Responsible for budget that supports appropriate stream roadmap, ensuring that the costs top Run and build IT is easily explained and that spend is in line with plan.

Team: operational execution

• Responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers & external resources fulfil agreed-upon commitments and contractual obligations within budgeted costs.

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

• University degree in Information Technologies
• 3+ years’ experience in the IT discipline with 1+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions/ Application teams (including people management where relevant)
• Integration experience (1C integration is a plus)
• Сloud storage experience
• Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies
• Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry                                          
• Upper-Intermediate oral and written English
