Digital Communications Specialist

Moscow Head Office based, reporting to COMMUNICATION GROUP MANAGER

 

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

∙    University degree (Public/Government Relations, Journalism/Philology degree is a plus);

∙    2+ year experience in communications;

∙    Excellent knowledge of  Facebook, Instagram, VK, and other social media best practices

∙    Hands-on experience in social media community management;

∙    Proven experience in content management from creative writing to SEO;

∙    Familiarity with SMM KPIs and relevant analytics tools and metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Brand Analytics, Hootsuite);

∙    Experience of working with full-cycle digital communication agencies;

∙    English: Intermediate+ (both spoken & written);

∙    Strong communication skills (written and verbal);

∙    Hard-working,  proactive approach;

∙    Organization & planning skills;

∙    Team player; ability to build partnership;

∙    Positive and balanced personal attitude.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•            Engage in developing strategy for external corporate social networks. Propose long-term, medium-term and ad hoc communication programs

•            Prepare and execute strategic and tactical programs aimed to increase external audiences and stakeholders awareness of JTI activities and engaging them to key initiatives and projects via corporate social media

•            Increase efficiency of JTI social media platforms as an important tool to manage and improve JTI reputation

•            Together with an agency develop content for corporate social networks: copywriting, design, video production

•            As a part of communication team to engage in internal communications programs and activities: copywriting, design, presentations  

•            Monitoring of the external background in social media as part of a risk- oriented approach and prompt response to reduce the degree of risks as part of the company's reputation management

•            Communicate with recruitment sites to ensure up to date information about JTI initiatives available

•            Planning, evaluation and implementation of social media communication budget.

•            Back-office support including tenders, financial transactions, contracts processing

•            The total workload distribution is: Social Media – 70%, back-office 15%, other communication projects 15%
