Department: CHANNELS STRATEGY & BUDGET 

Location: Moscow HQ
Reporting to:  CHANNELS STRATEGY & BUDGET GROUP MANAGER
Role: temporary

 

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • To execute and develop programs aimed at Digital learning of Sales Force;
  • To support Company`s Self-Driven development approach;
  • To provide workshops, facilitation sessions, online trainings according to a plan;
  • Participate in programs development, adapt for different levels of Sales Force;
  • To explore Sales requirements and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Participate in communication campaigns according to launches of digital learnings;
  • Support all level of platforms users;
  • Provide statistics in tamely manner;
  • Manage development applications.

 

 MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Coach expertise is an advantage if other things being equal;
  • English upper-intermediate+ is an advantage;
  • 1+ year managerial work experience;
  • Sales Force scope knowledge;
  • Digital adherent;
  • Openness for different perspective;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Hard-working, proactive approach;
  • Organization & planning skills;
  • Team player; ability to build partnership;
  • Positive and balanced personal attitude, curiosity, acumen.
