Position: Cell Lead

Reporting: Engineering Manager

Location: Tongi, Gazipur

Position Purpose:

The position is for overseeing the performance and operations of a specific cell or section within a production line in a manufacturing environment. The role is critical in ensuring safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity, and cost efficiency.

What Will You Do:

• Ensuring results of the line, including safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity, and costs
• Establishing, maintaining and improving effectiveness of Daily Management Systems (DMS)
• Developing 24-hour action plans, setting priority of team and allocating resources to support the plan
• Eliminating losses and root cause problem solving
• Building the capability of the line teams, enabling self-sufficient teams

We Expect from You:

• ·       Academic: BSC Engineering Degree from any reputed university.
• ·       Operational Skills: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Production plant. Good analytical approach to resolving top losses and to improve manufacturing KPIs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• ·       Language Proficiency: English along with native language
• ·       PC Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge good to have.
• ·     People Management: Experienced in people management Leading the team while ensuring proper supervision, training, development of team embers. Multiple stakeholder management, Cross functional collaboration
