Position Purpose:  
Sales Analysis and Financial Coordinator will work in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing administrative support to the Regional Sales team. This support includes but is not limited to volume and spending forecasting, developing business plans, analysis of all programs and customer agreements, management of data integrity for use in business reviews and analysis, as well as product inventory management. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate from a Business or Financial Post-Secondary program.  


- Contribute to the region's budget forecasting and tracking.

- Enter and extract results and/or data  to/from software applications and programs  
- Estimate, manage and track budget spending and allocations for various trade programs.

- Help prepare monthly budget reports  
- Retail pricing, volume and KPI reporting analysis  
- Assist with the development of Key Account, Wholesale, and Retail business reviews  
- Assist with Regional warehouse operations including but not limited to inventory management
- Complete ad hoc requests to support the regional management team and the development of retail programs  
- Data integrity Management, 
- Plan, organize and manage the entire process of payments made to our various business partners in connection with our various programs.  

- Ensure the validity of the information and the proper functioning of the payments.
- Establishment of various tools for the sales force in order to optimize their territory management.


Qualifications & Experience  
- Post-secondary education.  
- Experience in FMCG/CPG marketing or sales function is considered an asset  


Skills, Competencies & Languages  
- Exceptional communication skills  
- Advanced skill level in Excel. Strong skill level with Microsoft Office Products.   
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset  
- Analytical and statistical modelling experience  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
