Talent Attraction Specialist

 

The TA Specialist ensures a steady pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies at the Specialist / Managerial level in the company. They conduct interviews, provide personal recommendations and assist the hiring manager and local P&C teams in finding talent and getting them onboard.

 

As the Talent Attraction Specialist in GBS Manila, you will be responsible for: 

 

  • Coordinating routine and/or recurring WG4 - WG3 processes and supporting candidate sourcing and search based on business needs together with the hiring manager and local P&C partner
  • Conducting phone interviews with the pre-screened talents to identify the further match to the role's requirement and to generate the shortlist of personal recommendations for the further interviews. 
  • Communicating with talents per the agreed process - scheduling interviews and other process elements, sharing updates, providing feedback (on the phone, via email or /and face to face). 
  • Continuously improving own service delivery level and recommending changes to overall process based on own experience and external best practices.
  • Effectively handling relationships with immediate business partners - more senior talent attraction team members, hiring managers or/and local P&C Business Partners

 

Requirements: 

 

  • University degree required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment in a shared services and/or FMCG environment
  • English language proficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge in social media, sourcing channels, interviewing techniques and business partnering
