Job Context: This role ensures efficient logistics for dry tobacco and NTM’s by managing warehouse operations, supervising seasonal staff, maintaining product quality, ensuring EHS compliance, controlling costs, analyzing data, and effectively communicating with stakeholders while adhering to JTI systems and standards.
Job Responsibilities:

Logistics and Warehouse:
•Oversee order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of products. Ensure warehouse, transportation, and inventory processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with safety and quality standards.•Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues, analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement, and lead training, supervision, and development of the warehouse workforce. -
Inventory Management:•Ensure accurate stock and system movements in LPT/SAP, oversee inventory controls, storage, and timely delivery of export/local shipments. Coordinate daily and inspection-related case movements while meeting cost, productivity, and timeliness targets.•Maintain EHS and hygiene standards across warehouses and inspection areas in line with IPM. Supervise seasonal staff to ensure proper layout and handling of cartons for inspection and manage post-inspection re-strapping and returns efficiently.

Logistics tolls management and maintenance:•Ensure all logistics tools and equipment are operational through timely checks and scheduled maintenance to maximize efficiency and longevity.•Monitor spare parts availability and manage re-order processes for critical logistics equipment like forklifts and manlifts to avoid operational delays.

Reporting and cost control:•Control OPEX costs by coordinating with teams, analyzing variances, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring timely reconciliation, reporting, and AP file compilation with justifications.• Analyze and visualize data using tools like Power BI, prepare business reports and presentations, and effectively communicate insights to teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for informed decision-making.

EHS & Safety:•Ensure full adherence to JTI EHS guidelines, including PPE usage, and enforce minimum safety standards across all staff, vendors, and seasonal workers.•Oversee the safe execution of high-risk activities such as forklift use, fumigation, and work at height, ensuring compliance to safety protocols to meet KPI targets and prevent RI/LTI incidents.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university in Supply Chain or Business disciplines.
Additional Requirements:

03-05 years of excellent overall supply chain experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of systems (LPT / SAP), Logistics & Warehouse operations, analytical and databased decision-making skill, excellent interpersonal communication skills, people management and leadership skills.
