Role: Fixed Term / Outsourced

Reporting to: Field Marketing Lead, Upper Myanmar

Location: Mandalay, Regional Office

 

FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The incumbent will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Associate to implement and develop relevant consumer-centric and trade programs, aiming to achieve sales and brand targets. They will have to prioritize which programs to run within the defined investment resource allocation and set and measure overall portfolio and brand contribution.

 

As the Field Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Do Cross-functional collaboration:
    • Works with Marketing and Sales Teams (JTI/Focus Star) to develop planning and territory management capability.
  • Territory Management:
    • Strategic understanding of territory significance, issues, and potential.
    • Trade and Consumer Segmentation.
    • Understanding of customer and consumer behavior, especially at the store level.
    • Competitor’s activities are both in Trade and consumer-related.
    • Proposal of specific bottom-up programs.
  • Executions:
    • Set realistic critical metrics on each program to align with ROI.
    • Implement both Top Down and Bottom Up programs to meet critical metrics. 
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Monitoring program performance at the store level with data consolidation.
    • Monitor competitive activities, propose opportunities and highlight issues

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Open to a 1 year fixed-term contract.
  • Willing to be based in Mandalay/Upper Myanmar.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of field-based Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG/F&B background.
  • Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Self-starter to get things done.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
  • Good team player and can work independently.
  • Range of influencing style
  • Excellent communication in Burmese and Fair English communication.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Territory Management (Planning and Prioritization).
  • Execution of crafted programs
